The Periodic Journal of the Chemistry Department of UNP (ISSN 2339-1197) is published based on circular letter from the Directorate General of Higher Education No. 152/E/T/2012 concerning the publication of scientific papers and has been published since October 2012. Periodic is a national journal containing articles in the fields of chemistry, including analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, and biochemistry. This journal publishes original research results, short communications, and review articles. Therefore, this journal serves as a publication platform and a forum for sharing research and development in the field of chemical science.
Article submissions to this journal should be addressed to the editor's office. Complete information on article submission and article writing guidelines are available in each online issue. Submitted articles will undergo a peer review and editorial board selection process. Articles published in this journal indicate that the research has not yet been published, and will not be published elsewhere. Periodic is published periodically, starting in 2012, twice a year.
Based on the Decree of the Director General of Science and Technology Number 355/DST/D.D1/HM.01.01/2026 dated July 24, 2026 concerning the New Accreditation Ranking of Scientific Journals for Period 3 of 2025. The Periodic Journal of the Chemistry Department of UNP received a New Accreditation Ranking 6 starting from Volume 13 Number 1 of 2024 to Volume 17 Number 2 of 2028.
